Its technical group has developed messages for information exchange under the registered trademark INOVERT ® (INternational OVERland Transport). It adapts these according to the needs of the market and the evolution of regulations, standards and techniques…The GTF also defines recommendations for the identification of shipping units through the use of transport-specific barcodes on packaging labels. The definition of the GTF nameplate licence is an application of this in the field of package traceability.
The GTF team is composed of professionals from the largest transport, logistics and IT companies. This association makes it possible to pool the expertise of these players in joint missions that define the standards of the profession.
